A good day to all of you! I’m Hillary Houston from Kansas, USA. Today, I’m going to share with you this blog of mine that talks about how offshore services has improve our company’s workforce and increase our sales.

Let me start with a brief discussion about me and my employer. In my 40 years of age, I became the company’s Head of Human Resource Department. Our company is a Telecommunications company situated in Kansas City and had grown incredibly for about 12 years. With a number of customers around the world, it started offshoring and outsourcing workforce since 2005.

When our company hadn’t yet considered outsourcing employees, heavy customer demands was our greatest problem. With a workforce population of only 20% of our worldwide customer population, it’s a very intense problem that needs to be immediately solved.  But when employee outsourcing began, it had erased this problem and gained us a huge percentage of sales improvement. The offshoring and outsourcing country that had a great participation in such success was the Philippines. Through our partnership with KMC Solutions, offshore staff service provider in the Philippines, we had a flexible way to continuously expand the business. It was really a great deal to have KMC Solutions as our partner.

At present, our company is maintaining its focus on expansion and with KMC Solutions at our back, workforce population is no longer our main problem.
